The Big Cannoli is Don Carlo Vito,
the 40-something head of the Vito 'Crime' Family on the East Coast. He
is Pierce Brosnan with an Italian accent. His good looks belie the fact
that he is a ruthless mob boss who has maimed and killed men who went
against his wishes. The FBI gave him the code name Big Cannoli because
of his addiction to the Italian dessert. But apart from that, the FBI
suspects that the lone bakery that sells the popular pastry in the
Italian district of the city is being used as a front for organized
crime activities.
